Unexpected

It has been very much a case of just because it has not happened before does not mean it cannot happen.
I lost all the Microsoft 365 apps.  Merril still had hers.  We subscribe to that and have access to Word, Power Point Excel, Publisher and Access.  I find it really handy.  It is how I was using Word for my posts (which I copy and paste).
My last post was using a very weird Word.  It was so much trouble and fortunately I had time to get it right.  For the one on Monday I decided not to post as I had very limited time before I was going out.
Added to that was the fact that we could not download the apps (Merril took on getting it all back).  Our internet is sus.  It says no internet available but shows full bars.  For most things we can access what we want on the internet.  Not all thigs though.  Microsoft said it was looking for an internet access and was taking hours to download something that should have taken seconds.
We took the computer to another place with internet access and it downloaded in a jiffy.  Hence I am back online and able to post.
It was my bad, but I had worked extensively on a document and spent hours on it.  But I had not saved it.  I lost it completely.  That’ll teach me.
I do like posting stuff even though sometimes it is a pressure thing.  I know I do not need to do it and often it is posting what transpired through the day.  At other times I post something I have been thinking about a lot.
Either way I know it does me good and often helps crystalize my thoughts.  That’s when I have been thinking about something a while.  At other times it is like “what will I type about today?” and I pick a subject and go for it.
It does amaze me that there continues to be so much I can write about.  The dictionary often throws me a curve ball but I almost take it personally.  I see it as a challenge and often I learn stuff.
So things are back as I know them.  I have learned to save everything and not take the set up for granted.  But at this stage while I can I will type.
