The Unkindest Cut

I reckon it has been the unkindest cut of all.  I am having a fasting scan at 9.20.  I am not even allowed to have a coffee! I am really trying to make the time go quickly.  I deliberately slept in.  I have done something I had planned for a couple of hours.  Now I am writing.  In about 40 minutes I will go there. 
Until then I think I will relive something that came and went that I did not make a song and a dance about this time.  Well actually I have never broken out into song having reached a certain number before.
It was post 1900.   It came and went.  If I divide that by 365 that is over 5 years worth.   There would be at least one leap year in there.  There have been two occasions I did not post for a few days.
I must admit I have enjoyed making them 300-400 words rather than 400-500.  Somehow it seems easier to do.  Yet it still requires I think through subjects.
I have accepted that at times it is a variation of a subject I have covered before.  I know life is not all new thoughts but old ones revisited on any occasions.  For me that is ok.
It really does seem to be the case we know more and more about less nd less.  I know when I explore a topic often it is coming at the same thing from a different angle and it is like that angle opens up a pile of other angles.
As I say I am happy to live with that.  Posting my thoughts often crystalizes my thoughts.  Though when it is a dictionary word I often start from scratch and sometimes go to google to get a greater sense of the word.
So I enjoyed writing that and there is now less tie to wait.  I can do this.  I admit I was not looking forward to it but it is going ok.  Won’t be long now.
