Sleep

Today I spent…what is another word for asleep? The synonyms that come with this program are no good at all. It has things like, sleep, snoozing, dead to the world. I think that is enough. I was after a word that means the same, but makes me think of intense activity.
The trouble for me is I can only check my eyelids for leaks for so long. Then I have to do something. Against my better judgement, I get up.
Certainly before I had a sleep I was busy. I checked emails and sent some. I looked up web pages and checked out Facebook. So much to do, and so little time.
This morning I also prepared a display. I was asked to do one on the week end. Mine will be one of a number, and I am doing it on my web site. It has to be a good thing, as there will also be food. My site has now gone live, and if people type in what they normally type, it will go to my site. Well on one browser it goes to the old site, but I am working on it.
I spent part of this morning being someone else. I reckon that is a feat in itself. I was being “Joe User” looking for the website. I was also Josephine User but I found being Joe User easier cause I am a bloke. What I was trying to determine was, if someone who had nothing to do with the site visited, could they find it easily. They could, on all but one browser. I used green on my site at one stage, but went away from it. For some reason, the site still starts briefly with the green, and then goes to the proper format. I am always happy if I see the green, as I know the browser is heading in the right direction.
I have the display all set up at home. I really wanted to establish that I had all I would need. I do have all I need and it is time to move on. That is the hard part. Tonight (tonight is not tonight – must work on that Been there, done that) I am going out. It is up to the Table Tennis club, to be another set of eyes for what Merril has to do. There is a good chance I will talk to different ones too. I was asked to sub before my op. I was happy to do that but got crook.
All this typing makes a person sleepy. Might be time for another rest.
