Sanguine

I am so glad people get off on different things.  There are people that want to be be podiatrists and dentists.  I am glad about that, as I am not one of them.  I am a figures person, and yet there are people who could think of nothing worse.
I am good at knowing, and not so good at telling.  I have a mate that if one clever phrase is mentioned, it sets them off and they can think of many on the spot.  If I have days for a comeback I can often think of one, but on the spot I flounder.
Also there is the four temperament theory.  The temperaments are sanguine, choleric, melancholic, and phlegmatic.  The theory states that in most cases people have a combination.  I am predominantly sanguine.
Fortunately sanguine is only one temperament.  Others are needed.  What I am, is not the only right one.  It is right for me, but in itself it is not enough.  Other types are needed to achieve the best.
It is one of the reasons I am so keen on teams achieving stuff.  Certainly I alone can achieve all that is needed, but it is only because I might have to, not because I necessarily want to, or can do it best.  There are others more suited to some things than me.  They can do it better.  Of course it will never stop me learning and doing, but I will never be a natural.
Cells are employed today.  We often hear of terrorist cells, but cells can be and often are, positive to.  A cell is known as the building block of life.  Everyone involved in the cell use their strengths to achieve an outcome.  It is a team effort.
There may be something to get started, promote and close deals on.  I can do the first, am really good at the second, and terrible at the third.  If this were a graph I would be like 30%, 60% and 10%.  Yet I know people who are really good at the third, and are naturals.  I have done the third when I had to, but there are those who are much better at it than me.
Something will always need a driving force behind it, but elements of the task often require skill sets that others have, and are better at than me.  An individual can achieve it all, but no individual has it all.
When only an individual is available they need to do all that is required. Where a team is available, there is a good chance there are others who can do some parts of the task better than me.  It is in everyone’s best interests to use that person if they are available.
I would like to say I am the best person for everything.  That is what I would like to say, but it would not be true.
