Watched a movie last night. I don’t often do that. Sit in a chair being the spectator.

Sometimes I know I feel like a spectator even when I am the active participant and have a role to play. It is always a starring role in my own movie. It is not even light yet, but I feel a bit that way about today. I have heaps to do and I know I will do them, but right now it all remains to be done.

I have people over for breakfast tomorrow. I do a bbq. Well, I facilitate it. Someone else does the cooking. We have been in touch. They are good to go. Today I will check the bbq. It is new and all will be good, but I will make sure it is ready to go.

The other day I got bacon, sausages and Merril bought onion and eggs. Today at some point I will get fresh bread and make sure there is butter for toast. I need to ensure there is fresh water in the water jugs and ern. Coffee seems pretty popular first thing in the morning. That reminds me. I know there is heaps of milk. I just need to ensure the container is good to go.

This morning I will make sure the sausages are all separated and split up the bacon. I will slice the onions too. Slicing onions I know I look like an undersea diver that somehow has their own personal fan. I wear a mask and goggles and have a fan blowing on me all to ensure I do not cry while cutting up onions. It seems to do the trick. I have resorted to that because I have had times where cutting up onions elicited copious weeping. It was hard to get anything done when my eyes hurt and watered to the point of not being able to go on. Fortunately I feel I have it nailed now.

Often I ask someone to speak. I have contacted them. and they are good to go.

So logistically I feel good to go. I admit though I am always glad when it is over. The hope is always that plans and actions align, but until it happens one never knows.
