Quiet

It is interesting to me how the seasons affect me.  It has started to get lighter later.  I tend to get up towards light or when it is light.  I am sleeping in a little longer these days.  There will come a time where this does on apply as I know in the depth of winter it becomes light around 7am.  I will be well and truly up then but for now I am luxuriating in getting around 5am.
Yesterday turned out to be a quieter day.  I have someone I see of a Wednesday at 10am.  They had unexpected visitors at that time so the time I saw them was after 11am.  It was ok by me as it gave me a chance to wander around where I was and talk to others.
One conversation I had was very enlightening and gave me food for thought concerning my car.
After being there Merril and I went for lunch is our custom.  The is a shop we like to go to every Wednesday lunch time.    The owner greets us and we enjoy the food.  Often we have lunch with others there.  But not yesterday.
We had lunch and came home.  Then we did what we like to do of an early afternoon.  We had a rest.
Once that is done we tend to prepare for the evenings activities or do what we need to do.  Yesterday we knew we were going out again later so I prepared for that.  Merril spent the initial part of the time setting up some computers.
We had seen some people working in a home nearby where we are.  We had not seen the owner for ages.  We used to call him the policeman as he liked to stand outside and take everything in.  He was elderly.  I went to the people at the home and was told he had died.  I met the grandson and was told they are having a garage sale this weekend.
Sort of a quiet day or an unpressured one which was nice.
