Pretty Normal Day

​Yesterday was spent working, resting and reading.  I am the better for each.
We had our market at the beginning of the day till around lunch time.  We are at the end of our stuff to sell and need more, but it was encouraging to have people buy what we had.  Even though for much of it, it was the second time we have had it out. Sales exceeded expectation and the food pantry was better off for it.
Merril and I then had some stuff to buy.  So we went to Office Works and Bunnings to get things.  There were cars everywhere.  No doubt it was due in part to the holiday and in part to this place growing incredibly.  I have noticed in recent times how busy it always seems to be.  There are a number of estates being built to the northwest of us and it seems the traffic is feeding this way.
After that we went to a lunch a mate was putting on in a really rough area.  The food was good as was the company.  Oh and the music.  Some availed themselves of the meal and visitors to the area were fed on a number of levels.
It was around 2pm when we left, and it was time for a rest.  I can tell when it is time as I become zombie like.  It only lasts till the rest is over but if I go longer then I need to, I feel wiped out for ages.  The rest in this instance was needed but well balanced.
It was after that I did some reading.  I broke it up with watching the news.  I have enjoyed the reading.  Merril is studying and going to give recorded presentation that will be assessed.  She has given us stuff to consider.  I was doing that and am finding the more I look the more there is to find.
So it was a pretty normal day.  But pretty normal is good and interesting.
