New Day, New Way

A new way of doing thing begins today and we will see how it goes.
Previously all donations were kept in an electrical cupboard on site at N3C.  It actually got too crowded and we were inviting a fine.  Needed items must be accessible in the case of a fire.
So now we have an under eves shed at home in which we store donations for sale.  We keep a maximum of 8 crates and one shelving unit for oversized items.  We run our market only on the first Wednesday and Saturday each month now.  We are hoping to make in two sessions what we made in 4 sessions previously.
So today is the 1st Saturday of the month.  We will do it next Wednesday also as it is the 1st Wednesday of the month.  What does not sell goes to Trash and Treasure in the hope that someone will purchase the item inexpensively there.
While at N3C this morning Merril and I will set up for the Sunday service.  Chairs need to be placed in the main sanctuary and the kids area set up.  That does not take long (about 30 minutes) but it has to be done.
So here I am up bright and early.  I will pack the car in the not too distant future.  It has been raining so I am interested to see who turns up and who the rain keeps away.
I also have another couple of appointments today.  One is a guy who is going to fix a toilet lock that keeps getting broken at N3C.  I am unsure if it is a wonton destruction thing or a genuine lack of understanding of how things work.  Either way the lock has been ending up broken.
I am hoping that later in the day Merril and I will get a rest and be able to do some other preparations.
Whatever order things are done in they will be done.
