Moving On

It is time to make a list of things that need doing.  I can see what I would like to get done, and what needs to get done, but they are just not going away.  They are not just resolving themselves by themselves.
I need to work around the yard.  The trouble is the more I do, the more I see to do in each area.  But it is time to move on – once these few things are done.  The next thing to do is the green house.  It is on a bit of a lean.  It needs supports at right angles to straighten it.  It is a good thing to have.  We keep our orchids there.  On the whole neglect has worked well for them.  They get the occasional water which is the right thing to do.  Mostly it is a discovery and a “come and look” at this when they are flowering.
I really do want to get into it and empty it and clean it up then put stuff back in.  I have stored stuff there that needs to go.  Merril and I are trying to do a downsizing exercise at the moment.  That is not necessarily easy.  There are years of keeping things involved and it is not so easy to let go.  I must say though it is easier than it has ever been.  There seems to come a time when we accept that a certain item really will not be used and keeping it for decades just in case is for nothing really.
The top of the greenhouse needs fixing too.  Closer inspection has revealed the mesh has come loose.  That should be fairly easy to deal with, but it does need to be dealt with.  There is no doubt it will all look better when done.  It is just a case of getting to it.
All this is dependent on my condition though.  I did look up the Covid Help site and it said fatigue is one of the most common symptoms of covid.  I must admit of all the symptoms of it, it is the one that I have experienced big time.  I have had it for 9 days.  I am over it.
Still these things come to pass and I am keen to have it pass as I am ready to get on with stuff.
