Comatose

On a scale of one to ten with one being comatose and ten being hyper like “Oh by, oh boy, anna game of  do ya”, we were closer to comatose yesterday. We decided on a day at home.  We did not go out at all.  We did not leave the room.  Elvis may have been in the building for all we knew but we only knew he was not in this room.
Certain things called to us but we made an effort not to respond.  I prepared the bait for fishing and got al the stuff together to give it a go but decided that was a good activity for another day.
A walk taking photo’s also beckoned but we resisted.  That was something we decided we could do another day.
I had a few things to go on the computer but it was telling me it was full and I could not copy anything.  I looked for a usb to transfer some stuff and was glad I did.  I went through our “going away” bag which has a lot of miscellaneous stuff in it.  I found an external drive of mine that was 2 terabytes.  I had been wondering where it had gotten to.  The mystery was over and the timing was spot on.
The timing was not so good for a card reader I have.  I needed it, but again it’s disappearance  was one of those mysteries.  Was in the bag all along but I had bough another one the day before.  I actually like the new one better.  It is designed specifically for SD cards – normal and mini. 
But anyway two mysteries had been solved and I for one was a relieved man.  I had thought I may need to go through the whole hose when I got home and I was not looking forward to that.
So between sleeps I did go through the latest book I have been reading and noting everything I had been highlighting.  That was a first but something I have been wanting to do.
SO although it was definitely a quiet day it was a worthwhile day and I was really pleased to find the things I did.
