​Well this is it.  Blog 1,000.  It is hard to believe I am here.  When I reached 900 I though well sometime in September I should reach 1,000.  Well into the future.  Well the future is now.
I have made a few changes to the way I do things along the way, but on the whole, it is the same.  I have recently resorted to random topics from the dictionary.  “Which” was definitely a challenge.
What I would like to do is write on topics suggested to me.  They can be emailed or messaged to me.  It does not matter to me how I get them.  I will not mention who the idea came from.  As the ad says it may not happen straight away, but it will happen.  I will let you know if it is not going to.
I have one topic suggested to me at the moment and it is a doozy.  It will require thought and research.  But I am up for it.  I reckon if I can tackle “which” I am up for anything.  I will give it my best shot anyway.
It really seems there is no end of things to write about.  I have covered topics as diverse as “carriages,” “muffins” and getting petrol.  Often it just recounts a day’s events or else it is reminiscing.  It can be that I am just verbalizing why I am how I am as in “Hold them loosely”, “Long Term,” and “Façade.”  At other times I am thinking through a matter.
“How long will this go on for?” I ask myself.  I could say until the cows come home but I would need to take a trip to the country to see the cows come home.  Even then I would be more likely to write about the cows coming home, than to stop writing.
Still, it has given me something to do.  My current method is to post and write something for the next day before the start of the day’s activities.  When I do not have much on, I spend a bit of time thinking about what is written and perhaps making changes or adding to the blog when I can.
I have designated one day a week as my day off.  Generally, that is ok as I have written a couple of blogs previously.  I am big on a day off.  For me it refreshes.  I have had to make sure I get it though.  My inclination is often to keep going, or people will act like I need to jump every time they say so.
Anyway, I enjoy writing, and please message or email me if you would like to see a topic covered.  It will be my take on things, but it seems I am not the only one who sees a thing a certain way.  I hope not anyway.  That’d be pretty lonely.
