All in a Day's Work

It has been sort of same old same old today.
As usual I was up real early and did some things I knew had to be done.  Sending emails and uploading things to the web.  All done and dusted.
Merril had a stress test appointment today at 12.30 and I had decided to go with her.  I had a few hours before leaving so I did some cataloguing.  I have found it an interesting exercise and as often indicated I cannot believe the quality of some books.  I have finished the books now and only have the cd’s to go through.
I had time after finishing that to have a sit and a coffee.  Normally if I am having one I ask Merril if she wants one but she had to fast from 9am.
We left at 11am for a 12.30 appointment at St Vincent’s.  It was early but I was glad as we had time to find a park and the place.  It seemed pretty quick that Merril was going in.  I had brought two books and my headphones and music, so I had plenty to keep me entertained.
But I was so tired and ended up trying to get some shut eye.
It seemed really quick that Merril reappeared from her appointment (about an hour after going in)  We decided that instead of visiting our usual place we would get take-away.  I was glad as I really just wanted to sleep.
We had take-away and watched a bit of tele, but the bed was calling me.  I responded.  A couple of hours later I got up.
It was then I remembered a bin lock that I remove of a Wednesday.  I was unsure it had happened so Merril and I took a drive.  Turned out it had happened.
Definitely not a riveting day but life is full of days like this.
